For a third consecutive day, India reported more than 30,000 cases in a single day when 34,884 patients were reported on Friday. The number of cases rose to 10,38,716 and the death toll increased to 26,273 with 671 new deaths. The recovery rate reached 62.8 per cent in the country as 6,53,751 recovered from this virus with 3,58,692 Active Cases.
Mumbai's Covid-19 tally reached near the 1 lakh mark when 1,228 new cases were recorded which took the tally to 98,879. The number of patients recovered reached the 70,000 mark with 803 Recoveries yesterday taking the number of Recoveries to 69,340. Mumbai Recorded 62 deaths on Friday taking the death tool to 5,582.
Mira Bhayander reported 165 news cases and 154 Recoveries on Friday taking the number of cases and Recoveries to 6,240 cases and 4,800 Recoveries.The township registered 2 new deaths taking the number of deaths to 215. The Active Cases in the township now stand at 1,226.
