The Final round of International Fixture before the start of delayed Footballing Season in Europe saw some Records being broke and the rematch of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Final.

The Most Anticipated Fixture in League A on MatchDay 2 of the UEFA Nations League was the rematch of the World Cup Final between France and Croatia. 2 years ago France had Defeated Croatia 4-2 in the final to win their 2nd World Title after 20 years on from winning it in 1998.

Croatia were without their star players, Captain Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic. Dejan Lovren fired the visitors in front inside 16 minutes. However France rallied and improved on the first half as Antoine Griezmann levelled up the scores in the 43th minute before an own goal from Livakovic in the 1st minute of injury time turned the game around.

Croatia levelled again through a superb goal from Brekalo in the 55th minute to make it 2-2. However France pushed on and went ahead through Upamecano' header and then converted a penalty through Oliver Giroud to replicate the scoreline from 2 years ago, 4-2.

Portugal faced off against Sweden coming after a comprehensible 4-1 win against Croatia on MatchDay 1. This time they had their Captain Cristiano Ronaldo back after an Injury. Sweden started the game good and had few good chances to go in front but we're unable to break the Portuguese Defence.

The Moment of Truth came when Swedish Defender Gustav Svensson was sent off for a second yellow in the 44th minute. Up stepped Cristiano Ronaldo for the freekick and scored a sublime effort for his 100th International goal, becoming the first European to do so. He added another one in the 72nd minute through a curling strike from outside the box to make it 0-2 to Portugal as they held on to that scoreline.

Spain and Belgium picked up comfortable 4-0 and 5-1 win respectively in MatchDay 2. In their 4-0 win, Ansu Fati become the youngest goal scorer for Spain at the Age of 17. A brace from the Captain Sergio Ramos and a first goal for Ferran Torres helped them stroll past Ukraine.

Led in the Midfield by the newly crowned PFA's Player of the year Kevin De Bruyne, Belgium demolished 5-1 Iceland despite falling a goal down. De Bruyne picked up the MOTM by registering 2 assist as goals came for Witsel,Mertens,Doku and a brace for Batshuayi.
