On Monday during the hearing of Actress Richa Chadha's lawsuit against Actress Payal Ghosh who had involved her(Richa) name when she launched a case against Film Director Anurag Kashyap accusing him for sexual assualt.
A week ago Payal said that she is ready to apologise and dissolve the matter with Richa. Now she says she will do it but on one condition which was then submitted by her lawyer Nitin Satpute.
Her lawyer said "After settling the matter, the plaintiff(Richa) should not file any criminal case against Payal". He added "After the last hearing, the plaintiff made certain statements to the media saying she has won the case. This has resulted in Payal being trolled on social media. But we would like to settle the matter."
The Bombay High Court has now said that they won't allow any more time and that Richa and Payal should come to a decision by Wednesday on October 14 to file the consent terms.
