PUBG officially banned in India

 

Last Month, The Government of India had banned 118 Chinese apps which were prejudicial to the "sovereignty and integrity" of India. This was the second wave of ban, the earlier had 59 apps. This second wave though consisted two of the most popular apps PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite.

Developed by Tencent, PUBG(PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds) Mobile rose to a extreme height of popularity in India with millions of downloads and players across the country.

After the announcement the games were removed from the official Google Play Store and Apple Store but wasn't completely blocked and players were able to access the game and still play the game.

Soon after this announcement, the PUBG Corporation announced that they will take over the rights and publish the game in India and Tencent won't have a hand in it. These news brought out hopes for millions of fans thinking the game will might be unbanned soon.

But the news realised on Thursday broke the dreams of those players when they heard that All Servers in India will be shutted down since Friday October 30th on both PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite.
