It was a hard season for Chennai Super Kings. The 3 time Champions failed to qualify for the playoffs for the first time in their franchise history. They suffered major setbacks with losing star players like Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh and Dwanye Bravo.
But if there was something that cheered them was MS Dhoni's answer that he gave to Danny Morrison at the coin toss in today's game against Kings XI Punjab. This season his form has not been at the best and questions have been asked about his captaincy.
At the toss today when Morrison asked "Will this be your last game in Yellow?" to which he replied "Definitely not".
CSK finished the season strongly with winning the last three games of the season, encouraging their fans for a better performance at the next edition of the tournament. Their victory today meant that Kings XI Punjab were also eliminated from the tournament.
