On Tuesday, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain was sent to the Enforcement Directorate custody till June 9 in connection with a money laundering case.
- He was arrested by the ED under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) on Monday.
Meanwhile Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal termed the case to be "completely fraud" and expressed his faith in the judiciary.
"I have personally studied this case. It is completely fraud. We neither tolerate corruption nor we do corruption. We have a very honest govt. He has been targeted because of political reasons. We have faith in our judiciary," he was quoted by ANI.
