CM Bommai orders withdrawal of Ban on Photo or videography in government offices

After Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai's review of the decision and immediate prohibition withdrawal orders, the Karnataka government on Saturday lifted the ban on photography and videography in all government offices across the state.

On Friday, the State government had issued the ban orders after the State Government Employees Association submitted a petition for the ban.

According to reports, the association complained to the government that certain people were harassing employees by taking photos and videos inside government buildings.
