On Friday, police announced the discovery of a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terror module in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district, following the arrest of two militant associates and the seizure of arms and ammunition.
These two LeT outfit associates were arrested in the Uri area of Baramulla, located in north Kashmir. Among the items seized from their possession were two pistols and five hand grenades.
The authorities have registered a case under the UA (P) & Arms Act, and an ongoing investigation is underway, according to a police official.
