On Saturday, Arsenal Stun Defending Champions Manchester City by beating them 2-0 in the semi final thanks to goals from their Captaim Pierre Emerick Aubameyang at either sides of the match as they reached a record 21st FA Cup Final.
Arsenal who in the recent seasons have no where been their best and were considered the underdogs in the Cup tie against Manchester City. But the most successful team in the FA Cup Arsenal, showed why they are the most successful team as they showcased a master class in both attack and defence. Prior to this meeting between this two Manchester City had won all 7 meetings against Arsenal since losing the 2016-17 FA Cup semi final in extra time against them.
Arsenal came into the match with strong momentum after beating Premier League Champions Liverpool 2-1 at Emirates Stadium midweek. But few would have predicted Pep Guardiola apprentice Mikel Arteta side to produce another shocking result. Arsenal having already lost to City on the first day of Restart didn't commit the same mistakes and played out a brilliant defence performance which they fans have dreamt of.
