Day after Day,India keeps on setting unwanted records. For a fourth day running, India registered more than 30k+ cases when a record high 38,902 cases in the last 24 hours. The number of cases keep on rising with this increase and now India has 10,77,618 new cases. The death reached 26,816 with 543 deaths. The recovery rate kept steady as the number of cases recovered reached to 6,77,423. The active cases in the country stand at 3,73,379 active cases.
Mumbai suprassed 1 lakh mark with 1,199 cases as the number reached 1,00,716. Mumbai become the second City in the country after Delhi to reach the 1 lakh mark. The recovery rate in the city stands at 70 per cent with the total number of Recoveries standing at 70,492 with 1,152 new Recoveries yesterday. The active cases in the city now stand at 24,039. The death toll reached 5,647 with 65 new deaths.
