Amar Dubey was considered to be Vikas Dubey's right hand. UP's ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that in an encounter Amar Dubey was Shot Dead on 8 July early morning. He is killed by members of the Special task Force At Hamirpur as he started firing first.
