On Sunday Chelsea joined Arsenal, to set of a London Derby in the FA Cup Final as they beat Manchester United 3-1 in the Second Semi Final to progress through. Two Errors from United Keeper De Gea and and Own Goal from Captain Maguire helped the Blues to end United's 19 match unbeaten Run in all competitions.
The first half didn't show many actions until the end of the half when 11 injury time minutes were added after Eric Bailly and Harry Maguire, the United defence duo went down injured after clashing of heads with each other. Eric Bailly was then substitute due to suffering Concussion. Harry Maguire continued with a bandage wrapped around his head. The former Arsenal Striker and FA Cup winner Oliver Giroud Fired Chelsea into the lead in the 11th minute of injury time when De Gea fumbled his shot in.
United needed a positive start in the second half and they got the opposite of it as they conceded in the first minute of second half to go 2-0 down thank to Mason Mount. Manchester United brought on Paul Pogba and Mason Greenwood to turn it around but the contest was over for the Red Devils when Captain Harry Maguire scored in an own goal while blocking Alonso Cross. United did managed to pull one back from the spot as a consolation from a Bruno Fernandes Penalty.
This means that we get a repeat of the 2016-17 FA Cup Final where Arsenal Defeated Chelsea 2-1 to claim their 13th FA Cup under Arsene Wenger. Chelsea would go on and Later win it the next year by Beating Manchester United in the 2017-18 Final thanks to now Real Madrid player Eden Hazard 22nd minute Penalty. This match will also see a replay of last Season UEFA Europa League Final which Chelsea won 4-1 against Arsenal to clinch their 2nd Europa League title.
