On Friday Night, A Businessman in Kalyan was shot dead after being hit by 4 bullets. The victim has been identified as Jignesh Thakkar with alias Muniya.
One of the suspects of his murder is his childhood friend Dharmesh Shah with Alias Nannu. Other than him more 3 people are suspected.
Police said Thakkar ran a stone crusher business and owned a medical store and was also into garment trading. He was also into gambling, often seen going to pubs to play cards.
The attack is said to have taken place at a parking lot near Kalyan Station between 9:45-10:00 pm on Friday night.
Thakkar was said to be have criminal record registered against him with extortion and robbery. He is said to have developed rivalry with one of Shah's friend Chetan Patel.
