ED(Enforcement Directorate) has sent summon to Sushant's so called girlfriend Riya Chakraborty. Riya Chakraborty will have to appear before the ED on Friday.
Earlier, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer had requested a protective order which has now been refused by the Supreme Court. So with no interim protection for from questioning, the Bihar Police can ask their questions to Rhea in connection to the case.
It is to be noted that, Rhea is alleged to have been majorly involved in Sushant's Death Case.
After the Centre accepted Bihar Govt.'s plea and handed over the case to The CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation), it has already working on the case.
