Sevilla Win The Europa League

 

Sevilla beat Inter Milan 3-2 in the Europa League Final to win the Competition for a Record 6th Time.Diego Carlos went from Zero to Hero for the Spanish side in the final as the match kept on turning.

Diego Carlos gave up a penalty in the 4th minute and was shown a yenllow card, some considered it that he should have been sent off there for bringing the striker down. Romelu Lukaku converted from the spot in the 5th minute to give Inter the lead.

Sevilla's Semi Final Hero Luuk De Jong scored a brace as Sevilla turned around the game to lead 2-1 in the 33rd minute courtesy of his two headers. The lead didn't last long as Diego Godin headed in from close range through a free kick to make it 2-2 in the 36th minute.

The decisive moment came in the second half when another set up piece caused damaged to Inter. A free kick was sent in. Diego Carlos attempted an overhead kick which was turned in for an own goal by Romelu Lukaku in the 74th minute.

Sevilla went on the Clinch their 6th Europa League title as Inter's wait for silverware continues.
