Sunil Chhetri turned 36 on Monday

Indian National Football Captain and Legend Sunil Chhetri on Monday, on the occasion of his birthday said that Talent is not the problem of our country and all the stakeholders need to ensure that the next crop of players are well looked after.

"Talent is not the problem here.We could have plenty of gold medals. I know how hard the AIFF(Association of Indian Football Federation) works to get a bigger pool of players. It is very important to give the young talented players the right food, training and so on. When all this is done,  it can be a monumental growth".

Sunil Chhetri has 115 caps for India and has scored 72 International goals for India, second behind only Portuguese Star Cristiano Ronaldo for most goals for country. With The Indian Super League( ISL) getting recognization from FIFA and with Mumbai City FC being a part of the City Football Group(CFG) which include Main Club Manchester City and the likes of New York City FC and Melbourne City FC, Sunil and rest of all of football fans in India would be hoping for a better future for Indian Football.
