BMC Yet to Submit Notice to Manish Malhotra

 

A week after BMC found illegal constructions,at his home in Pali Beach,the Civic body is yet to send a notice to Manish Malhotra.

The team of officals of BMC had checked his office a week ago when they went to demolish Actress Kangana Ranaut home after she failed to reply to their notice in 24 hours.

The BMC said that on the visit to his check his home they found atleast 4 illegal construction in his Bunglow. A day later Kagana moved to Bombay High Court and got a stay order for further demolition of her property.

Now the BMC officals say that the notice made on September 7 is yet to be sent to him. The copy of that notice on September 7 mentioned that illegalities such as change of use(from residental to commercial) on the first floor,illegal addition and alteration of office on first floor and illegal construction on second floor.

According to BMC, Malhotra had been given 7 days to reply to the notice as it was filed under Section 351 of MMA Act. But now if the notice is yet to be sent then Manish Malhotra might get 7 days when he actually receives the notice.
