How the Internet Helped "Baba Ka Dhaba" and brought smiles on an elderly couple

That Precious Smile they had has won hearts on the Internet

They say the internet and social media is a scary place. One mistake on it and your whole career and life can get destroyed. Well we don't totally deny that, but the internet and social media is also like a coin which has two sides.

This time we are talking about the good side of the Internet and Social Media. On Wednesday a video went viral of a 80 Year Old Man Kanta Prasad who was seen crying while preparing food in his small stall in Delhi called "Baba Ka Dhaba".

Whatever the cooked, they would have to take the half of it home as their business was not working and took a bad hit to the global pandemic named Covid-19. Despite working from 6 am till 1am at Night, they couldn't even make a profit of Rs 100 per day.

Then on Wednesday Gaurav Wasan a Food Blogger shot a video from his phone and uploaded it on his Instagram channel asking for support and help this elderly couple. You can say he became a Guardian Angel for them or turned out to a blessing in disguise.

The next day i.e on Thursday Hundreds of Customers were lined up before his store had even opened and Prasad had already run out of food by midday. Despite running out of food, the customers didn't not leave and waited for them to prepare showing their support.

YouTube Star Harsh Beniwal also visited the place and urged his followers to do their part and help them and even posted the address of "Baba Ka Dhaba".

Later that evening, Zomato India tweeted out a message saying that their food stall is now listed on the app and that the team of Zomato is helping them in enabling of food deliveries and thanked the good people of Internet for bringing this forward.

We At The SU-NITI News pray for their success and urge our readers to help more people like them. You never know when your small gesture can change someone's life in a positive way.
