AMU Has Helped Strengthen India's Ties with Other Countries:PM Narendra Modi

 


On Tuesday,Prime Minister Narendra Modi took part in Aligarh Muslim University (AMU)'s 100th Anniversary of its existence. In the celebrations he said that AMU has helped the Country to strengthen it's ties with other countries.

Research done at AMU on various languages and Islamic literature has given new energy to India's cultural relations with the Islamic World said PM Modi.

In his virtual address he said " In the last 100 years,AMU has also worked to strengthen India's relations with many countries of the world. The research done here on Urdu,Arabic and Persian Languages,research on Islamic Literature,gives new energy to India's cultural relations with the entire Islamic World."

"Today,people from the AMU have trained in Hundreds of countries of the world,along with the best places in India. The educated people of the AMU represent the culture of India,anywhere in the World. History of education attached to AMU buildings is India's valuable heritage" said PM Modi on AMU being a valuable and important heritage for India.
