Following the conclusion of the Group Stages of the UEFA Champions League 2020-21,16 teams learned their fate about whom they were supposed to face next in February 2021.
Teams were divided in 2 groups. Group Winners were seeded and runners up were unseeded. The seeded teams will play the second leg at their home.Teams from the same country can't face each other in the R016. Teams from the same group cant face each other as well.

The First Leg of Round of 16 will take place on February 16 or February 17 and February 23 or February 24 while the second leg will take place on March 9 or March 10 and March 16 or March 17. The draw for the Quarter and Semi Finals will take place on March 19.
