Rahul Gandhi takes aim at PM Modi in Tamil Nadu tour; questions his capabilities

While on a three day tour in Tamil Nadu, Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi took aim at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and accused him of being "scared" due to the standoff by China in Ladakh and questioned his work as the PM.

"Question isn't whether PM is useful or useless. The question is who is he useful to? PM Modi is extremely useful to two people i.e 'hum do,hamara do', who are using him to increase his wealth, and useless to the poor."

He said that his (PM Modi) first reaction to the Chinese Standoff was "that nobody has come into India". He added "That indicated to the Chinese that the Prime Minister of India is scared of them. That is the message he indicated to the Chinese, that he is scared of them and the Chinese understood it and since then the Chinese has negotiated on that principle."

He also alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will never recover any land that India has lost in the past times. "They know that the Prime Minister of India cannot stand up to them. Mark my words our land in Depsang, which is the most important land is not going to come back under this government. The Prime Minister will not get that land back. We will pretend everything is sorted out,but India is going to lose the territory."

He would go on to mention that the democracy is dead in India and that the Chinese know that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will compromise to their demands.
