According to reports from Delhi, the former Miss India Delhi 2019 Mansi Sehgal has now entered the Politics and has joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). She joined the party under the presence of party leader Raghav Chadha.
Sehgal who won the award in 2019 said that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is one of the big reason why she has joined the party. His "honest governance" had inspired her to join the party.
As quoted by PTI Sehgal said "Inspired by the honest governance of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the hard work of MLA Raghav Chadha, I choose to join the Aam Aadmi Party and I feel that through clean politics, we can bring about a substantial change in the world that we live in."
She has urged the youth and women to take active participation in politics and join the AAP. Raghav Chadha was seen proud by her joining and praised the party and CM Arvind Kejriwal for instilling confidence in young people and helping them serve the nation.
