"Contracted an infection" claims Victim after Shiv Sena MLA Dilip Lande forces him to sit on waterlogged street and dump garbage on him

 

A few days after a video went viral of a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Corporator being forced to sit on waterlogged street and was dumped in Garbage on the orders of MLA Dilip Lande, the victim has claimed that he is working as a supervisor for a civic contractor and has contracted an infection with some breathing difficulties.

When asked to justify his act, MLA Dilip Lande said that he had done this to teach him a lesson and give insights of what the locals have been facing due to irresponsible work by the contractor.

However, it has now turned out that the man who was made to sit on the waterlogged street is a temporary supervisor named Narpat Kumar (26).

Speaking to the PTI, Kumar told the news agency that he has filed a written complaint about the incident with the Ghatkopar Police Station.

"I have contracted some kind of infection. I am also facing difficulty in breathing after the incident" claimed Kumar who was admitted in a private hospital in the suburban Borivali.
