On Sunday, a witness in Aryan Khan Drugs Case has alleged that he has been threatened to life and said that he was made to sign on blank papers provided by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede has promised to give a fitting reply to these claims.

The witness was later identified as Prabhakar Sail, an aide of KP Gosavi whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral. Gosavi is also one of the witnesses in the case who is absconding at present.

  • Sail has alleged that he was made to sign blank papers by the agency and was given a threat to life by Wankhede after Gosavi went missing. He has also alleged that he heard Gosavi speaking of an 18 Crore Rupees deal with one named Sam D'Souza, of which 8 Crore will be paid to Wankhede.

The NCB on their part have termed this claims "baseless" and alleged that this claims were made only to defame the agency.

The NCB later issued a notice requesting Sail to "submit his prayer to Court, rather than social media".
