Mumbai Fire: Man falls to death after fire breakouts at the 19th Floor

In a tragic incident, one person died after a level-4 fire broke out on the 19th floor of a residential building in South Mumbai's Lower Parel area on Friday afternoon. The incident took place at Avighna Park Society.

Around 12 fire truckers were rushed to the spot who managed to douse out the fire at around 2 pm.

  • A 30-year-old man identified as Arun Tiwari lost his life after he tried to save his life. In a desperate attempt to escape, he holded on to a balcony ledge. Seconds later he lost his grip and fell down. He was rushed to the hospital where he was declared dead upon arriving.
