Atleast 3 killed, 15 injured in blast at mosque in Afghanistan's Nangarhar

 


In another shocking incident, atleast 3 people were killed while around 15 were left injured when a blast took place at a mosque on Friday in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province.

  • According to local media, the blast was caused by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted in a mosque during prayers in Eastern Nangarhar.

An unnamed Taliban official told news agency AFP that the blast has caused injuries and fatalities. "I can confirm a blast during Friday prayers inside a mosque in Spin Ghar district" said the official.

A few days ago, a Hospital in Kabul was targeted in the act of terrorism. In the terror attack at the hospital, atleast 19 people were killed whereas around 50 were left injured.
