Maharashtra HSC and SSC exams 2022 to be held offline

On Thursday evening Maharashtra State Education School Minister Varsha Gaikwad announced that the Maharashtra board exams for Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC-Class 12) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC-Class 10) will be conducted in offline mode between March and April 2022.

  • As per the statement released by the department, HSC oral exams will take place from February 14 and March 3, while written paper will be conducted from March 4 to April 7, 2022. Whereas for SSC, oral exams will be conducted from February 24 to March 14 and written exams will be conducted from March 15 to April 18, 2022.

"Written exams of Std 12th (HSC) will be held offline from March 4, 2022 to April 7, 2022 & those of Std 10th (SSC) will be held offline from March 15, 2022 to April 18, 2022. Due to COVID-19, the curriculum was earlier cut by 25%. Questions will only be from this reduced syllabus" Gaikwad tweeted.


Results for the above mentioned HSC and SSC exams are expected to be declared by the 2nd week of June and 2nd week of July respectively.
