Following the conclusion of the UEFA Champions League Group stage, the draw for the knockout phases took on Monday at Nyon where the 16 qualified teams learned their fate on their Road to St Petersburg in Russia in May 2022.

- Atletico Madrid vs Manchester United
- Villarreal vs Juventus
- Inter Milan vs Liverpool
- PSG vs Real Madrid
The first legs will take place on 15/16 February and 22/23 February with the return legs to be played on 8/9 March and 15/16 March.
