On Wednesday, the Customs officers at the Indira Gandhi International airport in Delhi, seized more than one kilogram of cocaine worth Rs 15 crore from a Zimbabwean female national.
- As per reports, she arrived at the Indira Gandhi International airport from Addis Ababa from Flight No. ET - 688 and had concealed the narcotics in the soles of her sandals.
The Delhi Airport Customs seized 1,015 grams of cocaine worth Rs 15 crore from her possession. She was later arrested under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
