SC brutally slams Nupur Sharma; says her "loose tongue" single-handedly responsible for unfortunate incident in Udaipur

 

In the midst of the religious tension in the country, the Supreme Court on Friday brutally slammed former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma stating that her outburst is responsible for the unfortunate incident in Udaipur.

• A few days ago in Udaipur, a tailor named Kanhaiya Lal was brutally hacked to death inside in own shop in broad daylight. This atrocious crime was committed by two men for an online post by Lal in support of Sharma.

The apex court further blamed her and said that "her loose tongue" has set the entire country on fire and she is single-handedly responsible for what is happening in the country.

Sharma had filed a plea in the Supreme Court requesting to transfer all the FIRs registered against her in different states to Delhi for investigation.

The court rejected her plea after which she withdrew it.

"She has a threat or she has become security threat?" SC replied during the hearing when her advocate told the court that she is facing threat to her life.

"The way she has ignited emotions across the country. This lady is single-handedly responsible for what is happening in the country. We saw the debate on how she was incited. But they way she said all this and later says she was a lawyer with ten year standing? It is shameful. She should apologise to the whole country," the court said.

The court also said that she was too late to withdraw her statement and to apologise.

Following the statement by the court, netizens have taken to social media in support of Sharma and questioned the judgement made by apex court.
