On Wednesday, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) during raids at multiple locations in Ranchi, seized two AK-47 rifles from a house which allegedly belongs to one Prem Prakash, a close aide of state Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
- The guns were recovered during the central agency probe in the Jharkhand illegal mining case and extortion.
According to ANI, the fresh raids are done after Pankaj Mishra, MLA representative of CM Hemant Soren was questioned.
ED had arrested Mishra under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in July, 2022.
