On the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday, terrorists threw grenades at the security forces during a Cordon and Search Operation (Caso) launched by the Kashmir Police in Kutpora, Shopian district.
The security forces open fired, however, the terrorists managed to escape in guise of darkness. The police busted the terrorists’ hideout at a house and recovered arms and ammunition.
Meanwhile, 6 members of a family have been found dead inside their residence in Sidhra area of Jammu. The bodies have been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital in Jammu.
