Vastu expert and PhD holder Dr. Khoja is drawing attention across India and abroad for a string of recent predictions. A Gold Medalist and India Book of Records achiever, Khoja has built a reputation combining Vastu, astrology, numerology, face reading, and palmistry into a single multidisciplinary practice.
His entertainment forecasts have generated the most buzz. Khoja predicts Nitesh Tiwari's upcoming film Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor, could become one of the biggest blockbusters of recent years. He has also forecast that Bigg Boss 20 will emerge as a major TRP success and one of the most talked about seasons of the reality show.
His predictions extend beyond entertainment. Citing global economic trends and investor sentiment, Khoja has forecast a significant rise in gold and silver prices by the end of the year. His interest in alternative sciences began with Vastu in 2017, before he expanded into astrology, palmistry, and face reading in 2019 and numerology in 2020, deepening his research during the lockdown period. He completed a PhD in Vastu Studies from Madhya Pradesh in 2022 and has since been recognised as a Gold Medalist Vastu expert and India Book of Records achiever.
Khoja's first clients were members of his own family, and referrals have since taken his practice across multiple countries, spanning residential and commercial Vastu, business consultations, and personal guidance. He says his mission remains simple: Sukhi Bharat, a happy India. "I want to do something that people remember for years. Life itself has been my greatest teacher. My prayer is that I receive the strength to help as many people as possible," he says.
