It's Over. The Long Awaited Wait for Liverpool is over.After 30 years Liverpool can finally say that they are the Champions of England once again.
After Beating Palace 4-0, The Reds knew that If Man City fail to win At Chelsea they will be crowned champions and so it happened. A stunning break away from Christian Pulisic after a horror moment from Benjamin Mendy, Pulisic gave Chelsea 1-0 lead at Half Time. In the Second Half, Kevin De Bruyne levelled the score for City with a brilliant freekick and 2 minutes later Raheem Sterling hit the post, coming close to turn the game around at 57 minutes.It Looked Like Pulisic had given the lead again at 71 Minute when he went past City Goalkeeper Ederson, only for his effort to be sensational cleared over the line. The Game changed in the 77th Minute when City Defender Fernandinho handled the ball in the box earning a straight Red Card and Willian Slotted the ball home from the penalty spot to give Chelsea a 2-1 win.
That Result meant City fell behind 23 points behind Liverpool with only 21 more points available. That Defeat all but guarantee the Title for Jurgen Klopp's men.
