Rhea Chakraborty who has been accused by Sushant Singh Rajput's family abatting the suicide of the star, has broken her silence in the case claiming "the truth shall prevail"
In her video statement she said "I believe I will get justice. Even though a lot of horrible things are being said about me on the electronic media, I refrain from commenting the advice of my lawyers as the matter is sub judice. Satyamev Jayate, the truth shall prevail".
Sushant Singh father Krishna Singh has accused Rhea Chakraborty being one of the reason for his son's mental health problem. He has accused her for befriending Sushant in May 2019 only to improve her own career.
On July 16 Rhea Chakraborty had requested Union Home Minister Amit Shah to order a CBI enquiry understand what pressured Sushant to take such a big step. Addressing herself for the first time in public as his "girlfriend", she said she has "complete faith" in government and a CBI enquiry will help to bring a justice case.
