Many parents of atleast 30-35 Schools and Colleges have decided to take action against Schools and Colleges for charging up for facilities they are not providing at the moment.
Usually during Admission process,Schools and Colleges also charge for various facilities like transport, laboratory,library, canteen etc.
This year however parents are being forced to pay the fees for this as well without getting any of this facilities. As the schools and colleges have been shut down due to the pandemic and online classes and Lectures been going on, Parents are asking why should they pay the fees for other facilities then.
They have decided to move to the Supreme Court as the Schools and Colleges have forced them to pay high fees in this pandemic without any concession. They have even complained for the lack of Education their children are getting and some students have also been barred for appearing for exams unless the fees is paid.
Many have complained that Online Lectures are not working as it is not the same as we sit in the class and learn. Currently students have also raised questions that we they have to use their own data,their own electricity then why do they have to pay the full fees.
