LA Dodgers crush Atlanta Braves in Game 3

The game 3 of the National League Championship Series (NLCS) saw Dodgers write history as they scored the most runs in a single inning in a postseason game when they scored 11 runs in the top of the first inning.

As they were the 'home' team for this game at the neutral stadium in Texas, they batted first. Despite losing Game 2 by a score of 8-7, it was clear that the momentum was with the Dodgers and their batting lineup had finally started to deliver.

Former AL MVP and World Series Winner Mookie Betts was originally deemed out at first base by the umpire. The decision was then challenged and it showed that Betts was clearly safe and the decision was overturned. This Decision provef vital to the game as he would later go on a score of a RBI Double by Corey Seager to give Dodgers a 1-0 lead.

Another RBI Double this time by Will Smith made it 2-0 for LA. With runners at 2nd and 3rd base, Joc Pederson crashed home a 3 run home run in the Braves Bullpen to make it 5-0 for the Dodgers. The next pitch after his home run was again slammed out of another home run by Edwin Rios to make it 6-0 for Dodgers.

With runners on 1st and 2nd base, Corey Seager delivered another RBI to make it 2-2 at bat for him and 7-0 for the Dodgers. Now with bases loaded,Max Muncy took up to the plate who started the comeback for the Dodgers in Game 2. He would go on to hit a Grand Slam(4 Run Home Run) to make it 11-0 for LAD with Atlanta Braves still yet to swing a bat.

In the top of the second innings, Cody Bellinger decided to join the party when he swinged a 3-0 pitch to avoid another Walk. He slammed in his 2nd Home run of the postseason to make it 12-0. In the top of 3rd inning, Corey Seager made it a 13-0 with a solo home run as the Dodgers hitted their 5th Home run of the game.

Bellinger would then cash in another run as the finished the top of the 3rd innings 15-0 and completed demolish the Braves. The Braves though didn't give them a shutout and scored 3 runs which included a solo home run from rookie Cristian Pache.

Overall it was a complete dominant performance from the Dodgers as they made it 2-1 to the series and can tie up the series if they win tonight. Will the Braves be able to stop the red hot Dodgers? Find out later tonight.
