On Monday, Bollywood Actress Richa Chadha has moved to the Bombay High Court to file a case against an 'unnamed actor' who had tried to accuse film maker Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct and other famous big names of the industry.
However for Richa, no one from the actor or others side showed up and the Court has now asked Richa to share a fresh personal notice to respondents along with services through emails. The court has now adjourned this case to October 7.
This 'unnamed actor' has alleged that Kashyap had forced himself on her when they had met to discuss Working together.She also has claimed that Anurag had mentioned that other big stars like Chadha, Huma Qureshi and Mahie Gill had granted him sexual permissions to get film works.
Richa Chadha is clearly against this statement and has now tried to not to mention the name of this person and get her name cleared. Anurag Kashyap has said that all the allegations made by Payal Ghosh on him are false.
