Refuting BJP's allegations of Maharashtra Government doing vendetta politics for it's action against Union Minister Narayan Rane, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Thursday said that the raids conducted against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil by ED are actual vendetta politics.
Reacting to Rane' remark of "not let Maharashtra become West Bengal", Raut warned him that the insult to the state will not be forgiven. He also took a dig at BJP and added that they (BJP) had to run away from West Bengal following it's defeat in the assembly polls.
"What does it mean that Maharashtra will not be allowed to become West Bengal? You (BJP) have lost in West Bengal, you should keep this thing in mind. You had to run away from there" said Raut.
Narayan Rane was arrested on Tuesday for his objectionable remark against Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray. He was released few hours later.
