The much awaited grand opening of Ram Mandir (Ram Temple) in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh for devotees will take place in December 2023. The structure is said to be fully completed by the end of 2025.
The foundation of the temple was laid out by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last year on August 5 in a blistering ceremony. However the construction work was halted in January after water was found under the proposed temple site.
According to sources, the foundation of the temple is likely to completed by September 15 this year. Following that, the next phase of the construction work will begin in November around Diwali.
The entire project is said to cost Rs 1,000 Crore. The temple trust has already got donations in the excess of Rs 3,000 Crore signalling the love of devotees towards Lord Ram.
