On Sunday, Actor James Micheal Tyler, popularly known for his role as coffee shop manager Gunther in the hit sitcom "Friends" passed away at the age of 59.
As per reports, Tyler died at his home in Los Angeles after battling prostate cancer that he was first diagnosed in 2018.
- His "Friends" character as Gunther saw him sarcastically managing Central Perk -- the cafe were other characters hanged out. He appeared in more than 150 episodes across all 10 seasons of the popular 90's sitcom. He was dubbed by the fans as t "the seventh Friend".
He also acted in other series like Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Scrubs and "Modern Music". He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Carno.
