Will expose Nawab Malik's relations with Underworld after Diwali: BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis

 

On Monday, Former Maharashtra CM and Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) leader Devendra Fadnavis countered NCP Minister, Nawab Malik's post of Fadnavis with alleged drug peddler Jaydeep Rana and promised to expose him after Diwali.

• Malik had earlier posted a picture of Devendra Fadnavis's wife with Jaydeep Rana.

The NCP Minister has been in the spotlight recently targeting NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede of using fake certificates to get the job and snatching away the rights of another person.

Addressing a press conference, Malik said "One Jaydeep Rana currently in jail in connection with a drug trafficking case has relations with former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. He was the financial head of a famous River song by former Chief Minister's wife Amrita Fadnavis. Drugs business in the state grew under his tenure".

Malik also demanded for a CBI or judicial inquiry in this issue.

Reacting to this, Fadnavis promised that he will soon expose Malik's relations with the underworld with present evidence after Diwali.

"There are no relations between Jaydeep Rana with me or my wife. Those who have relations with the Underworld should not speak about me. I will present evidence of Nawab Malik's relations with the Underworld. I am waiting for Diwali to pass" ANI quoted the Leader of Opposition.

Malik later reacted to this development by saying that "Hum taiyaar hai (We are Ready)".
