30 killed, 50 injured in Peshawar mosque blast

 

Atleast 30 people were killed and 50 were left injured in a blast at a mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan during the prayers on Friday.

As per reports, two attackers tried to enter the mosque and fired at the policemen standing guard. In the firing, one policeman was killed while the other was critically injured. After the firing incident, the blast occured.

No group immediately claimed responsibility for the blast. Rescue operation and investigation is underway.
