Dr. Krishanshu Mak JBS is a Mumbaikar by birth. He started his training in yoga at the tender age of 4. Studying under Guru Swami Satyanand Saraswati, he spent most of his early childhood in Munger (Bihar). Quite at an early age he had also mastered many other fitness therapies including the first four stages of yoga; viz; yama, niyama, asanas and pranayamas. Thereafter he shifted to study martial arts. In 1987 Krishanshu left for Hong Kong. There he learnt the technique of fighting and self-defence under the guidance of the grandmaster Nobut Sugu Toubomi. On his return to India, he pursued his studies and in 1989 to launch KEFT, his own fitness studio.
