CBI team has reached Mumbai and Exempted from 14 Day Quarantine Rule

After countless movements and petitions, the case finally is now in the hands of the CBI

The 10 men team of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has reached Mumbai in the Investigation of the suicide mystery of Sushant Singh Rajput. The team has been exempted from the 14 day Home Quarantine Rule imposed by BMC said the Civic body.

The CBI Team, which include Forensic Experts landed at Mumbai Airport around 7:30 pm on Thursday. They will visit the actor's home in Bandra where he was found dead. The are likely to meet the Mumbai Police officals on Friday said an official from BMC.

"We received an email from the Investigating agency seeking exemption from home quarantine.They are Exempted from Home Quarantine as per the procedure" the official of BMC said.

As per BMC's guidelines released on August 3, any government officer or any other officials visiting the city for 7 days will be exempted from Home Quarantine. But if the stay goes on for more than a week then they will have to write an email to the BMC requesting Exemption.
