Indian National Congress (INC) spokesperson Rajiv Tyagi has passed away. He got a heart attack during a TV debate on Wednesday(12 August) evening. He died shortly after that. Secretary of Congress (Communications) Dr. Vineet Poonia informed about his death. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra has also expressed condolences on receiving the information.
