The Union Ministry of Home Affairs issued the Guidelines for Unlock 4 which will begin from September 1,2020. They released this guidelines yesterday to the centre.
According to the new guidelines, Metro Rail will start from September 7 for the first time since lockdown was imposed in March. Large Gatherings will be allowed in a limited manner from September 21, while senior school students can go to school or college for volunteering work.
A major statement was that the states can no longer impose lockdown outside the containment zones without Center's permission and can no longer seal border areas as well without permit.
Metro Rail will start in a graded manner and social functions can hold around 100 people with measures from September 21. The Centre has also allowed Open Air Threates to function from September 21.
Schools and Colleges will remain shut till September end but the faculties can come and take online Lectures in the School and Colleges with 50% staff. Students from Class 9-12 can go and clear their doubts on volunteery services.
The opening of Swimming Pools, Threates (Except for Open Air Threates), Cinema Halls, Entertainment Parks will remain closed as they have high risk of spreading the Virus. Also the International Flights and Railway Services will remain shut for the time being.
