On Thursday Police Arrested 2 of a four man group from Hathras District who allegedly Gangraped a 19 year old and left her seriously injured and critical.
In her statement which she gave to the police, the girl said that she was Gangraped by 4 men belonging from upper caste and tried to strangle her and left her unconscious. The police said her tongue was also cut.
The incident is said to have happened on September 14. The girl regained her consciousness a week later. She is currently being treated in Aligarh Hospital, where she is on ventilator.
The hospital's statement read "All Her Limbs are paralysed because of the spinal cord being injured.She is critical at the moment."
The police have said that the girl's brother first submitted the case of attempt of murder but after Investigation it was found that she was gangraped. After Investigation it police have found 2 of the 4 men and the search for other 2 is still going on.
