On Saturday(26th September 2020), after 5 hours and 30 minutes of interrogation, Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone came out of the NCB office in the afternoon; and has been summoned again as the Special Investigation Team (SIT) were not happy with the actor's answers. She was tutored and evasive according to NCB sources.

- Padukone and Karishma Prakash were interrogated by making them confront with each other on their individual statements in the matter.
- Karishma Prakash, an employee at KWAN Talent Management Agency, has also been questioned in the past.
- Earlier in the afternoon today, Narcotics Control Bureau officials took Kshitij Ravi Prasad (Executive Producer of Dharma Productions) for medical examination as a part of formalities before his arrest.
- NCB sources have revealed that Kshitij was evasive to most questions and hence his custodial interrogation is important. During the interrogation of Kshitij, it came into light that the WhatsApp chat between Kshitij, Ankush, Anuj and Karamjeet, clearly established that Kshitij was asking for drugs.
