On Friday the Bombay High Court made a statement that ShivCable Sena has 'no Legality to Interfere' with the Broadcasting of Republic Media Network Channels as Shiv Cable Sena is not a "statutory body".
The Court also observed that if the cable network operators breach their contractual relation with Republic then the channel can approach appropriate authority for relief.
The statement by Bombay High Court read "The Bombay High Court has clarified that Shiv Cable Sena's Communication has no effect in the law. The Court has not been notified that any cable operator has stopped airing the two channels after Shiv Cable Sena's communique, as Republic sought a restraint on the Sena Linked Body's order."
Republic's legal team has thanked the Bombay High Court for their judgement and have expressed their gratitude for recognising the urgency in the matter in such a short given time. They have also said that only Muscle Power can illegally stop them from Broadcasting News and not the law as they hit back at Shiv Sena.
